POST PRODUCTION PATHWAY:
Series 1 (2017) was filmed on the RED EPIC camera at 5K resolution at 25fps in 16:9 aspect ratio, whereas Series 2 (2020) was filmed on the SONY VENICE camera at 6K resolution at 25fps in 17:9 for 2.0 aspect ratio. Both Series were edited in DNxHD36 on the Avid Media Composer.
Both Series followed a 4K post production workflow to deliver to Netflix in 4K/UHD (SDR). SlateVFX produced the visual effects for both Series.
Sonar Sound (2017) changed its name to Unison Sound (2020) and sound edited and mixed both Series. Music was by Composer, Peter van der Fluit (Fluid Studios, NZ) for both Series.
Series 1 finishing, including grade, mastering and deliveries, was at Definition Films, and Series 2 was finished at Blue Post.
